I love the idea of everyday objects at unusual sizes and made of materials you wouldn't expect. This huge ceramic wallet is a direct expression of this. I've always thought of hundred-dollar bills as being rather small given the importance they play in our lives and so I decided I would create them at a more appropriate size. If we lived in world where items existed in scale to their significance to our lives, I think this piece would be right sized.
